Default need help quickly with painting the interior

Alright guys, I am painting my center console tonight and I need to know how everybody masks off the lights and the temperature light that is above the adjustment **** for painting?

Take the center console apart, and you will have nothing to worry about over spraying onto.

Otherwise, just use masking tape.

Nah I plan on painting my buttons too. No point in leaving them silver ya know.

x2 take out the buttons (HVAC)
If you want a nice paint job dont rush to much

They wont light up anymore though...i dont think anyone has found a way to mask around the light up parts yet.

Well looks I am gonna be a first. I don't care bout having the symbols but I would like the lights to be on the buttons.

I figure u aught to know what the buttons do by now anyways.

You could always sand down the paint on the buttons and mask off your own custom logo before painting.

Put a piece of masking tape over the whole part, and trim around the area you want masked off with a hobby knife. You can do the same for the LEDs
