I keep my stuff on the lower level of the armrest. There's a small 4x5" piece of carpet then u can 'wedge' out and put ur stuff there. I was thinking of using a piece of wood to make a false floor and make it a deep secret stash place

ask your local PD or highway patrol (or state troopers if you will) im sure they would know some good spots as well (and you wont have to drive out of the country lol

ps make sure you dont ask when your getting pulled over!

im not posting cause of a negative thing but i think if he wanted to put legal things in his car away from eyes he would just put it in the trunk since you cant see into the trunk (right).. hehe ...but keep up w/ the post guys. Its good that ya guys know how to "safely hide your money"
Yes, the trunk is out of sight, but when the crackhead breaks into your car he/she will look in the trunk and take whatever they can sell, which is why you should have a secret hiding place for emergency cash or other valueable items like your GPS or something.

I'm kind of in the same boat. I'm looking for a creative way to mount my glock 17 while i'm in the car. My conceal holster is inbetween my body and my wallet so you can imagine sitting on it would be a little uncomfortable... I want somewhere that isn't out of reach but is concealed enough that if I have to leave it in the car that it's not visible. I was thinking of fashoning a "toaster" style holster inbetween my seat and the center armrest but I don't think I can get enough room between them to allow for a release. It would be idea if I could somehow open the center arm rest from the side with a pop-out panel of sorts but that would require some fabrication well beyond my capabilities I'm sure.

not too much the center console comes out with like 4 screws, once you get it out it would be easy to work with. probably nothing more than some wood a few screws and some super glue couldnt fix. to get the pop action your looking for use the gas struts they use on hatches or lift gates they come in all different sizes. or you could just be a bad ___ and lay the gun on the dash no one will f*** with you anyway. personally i dont use guns i can knock heads off with my round house kicks

your secret stash won't be safe tho if someone decides to steal the whole car and then strip everything out of it.

Hell, I just wave my gun around with my free hand while I drive.

Even though it would be highly illegal, the door pocket would be easily accessible and appropriately sized.
