how hard would it be to make the frame outta wood with the curves in the tCs interior?

Don't forget to sound deaden the heck out of your rear. The rear seats and all the trim pieces do a nice job of keeping the road noise down.

i think i know what ill be doin with it. no sound deadning . i could always go back and do that if its that bad.

 

You can do a wood frame or even better, cut up some some long strips of a t-shirt or bed sheets.

Tape down your whole interior and lay the fiberglass down on it.

Lay down your first layer of fiberglass, fiberglass in the strips of cloth, and then go over it until its good.

 

That take way to long.... I didnt mean a full frame just pices to connect the fleece to so you get the actual shape.
