VERY nice - I'm diggin' the subtle approach! Hey question - what mount are you using for your TomTom GPS? I thought about putting mine in that same spot but was concerned about being able to shift (manual trans) as well as how to mount the darn thing. Thanks and kudos on the waterfall work!

I used the windshield mount... it's stuck to the right-side inside "wall" of the cubbyhole... you have to make sure that the surface is super smooth and clean. It helps to moisten the suction cup before sticking it on. The shifter blocks a small part of the screen, but I have the short shifter and I also recently put on a smaller shift **** and everything is fine now.

Flea, had a question, i did my interior and it came out ok, not mirror shiny but glossy at least, i decided to do it again and take my time with it, layed 2 coats of primer, 15 minutes apart, let dry for 1 hr, then did 3 coats of paint, one light, one med, and one semi heavy, 15-20 min appart then let sit for 1 hr, then did 3 medium-heavy coats of clear and finally let the parts sit for a week inside my garage, unmolested

then i wetsanded 1000, then 2000 untill all the "pits" and "orange peel" was gone, then used polish, compound, wax etc etc and finally got that perfect mirror shine! it was absolutely beautiful i couldnt believe it! lol

so i put them back in the car, i drive to work in the morning, park my car outside 70-85 degree weather, typical florida, so i get in to go home, and WTF the orange peel is back!! WTF happened? could the heat have messed it up, maybe primer didnt stick? what the hell did i do wrong?

its nuts, it was so beautiful and shiny, now its shiny but with orange peel, and its not soft at all, still hard as paint should be!

any help would be appreciated!

^ Got any pictures. May I ask..... why would you re-primer a surface that was once painted? Did you strip ALL of the paint off and then start all over again or just spray primer on top of an existing paint job?

yea. me too. I was thinking about how all the other pieces would look ( door handles, air vents, ect..), and i figured, nah.. they're already black, and I don't want random pieces of different blacks floating around. So I'm just getting the waterfall, and I might have asked him to do the oh poop handles. .. i forgot
