Default Passenger side window NOT working..help

Soo..this past weekend, my bf installed a headunit in my TC which is working great, HOWEVER I noticed the next day that my passenger window was not working. Could there be any correlation between the two????? or does my window not working a completely separate issue? Any ideas! thanks

he disconnected the battery.

go outside and turn the car on. hold the passenger window button down until the window rolls all the way down. After it reaches the bottom, hold it there for another 5 seconds or so. then hold the button and roll the window all the way up and hold it up for 5 seconds or so once it reaches the top. this will teach the window the automatic up/down again.

i had to do the same thing today whne i was finished installing my exhaust lol
