The clip that can only be used once

 

I never knew the curtain airbags extended to the back... for some reason I just assumed they were for the front passenger and driver, lol

dumb assumption, but I guess we all learn something new

wish I would've gotten them... but unfortunately couldn't really afford to wait any longer

 

awesome, its good to actually SEE money well spent, because I hope I never have to get in an accident to find out it was WORTH it!

Very cool pics. What exactly is the "one time use clip" for?

 

The SRS pillars have a clip that can only be used one time then you had to buy a new one. so if you take off the pillar you have to buy a new pillar. unlike the normal pillar were you can take it off an put it back on.

 

So you have to buy a new one now or you get to take it off and put it back on once? I don't mean to be retarded but I'm interested for some reason.

 

Do you have any pics on the A pillar removed?

 

No your not being retarded that what SL is for. But once i take it off you have to have a new one. i'm going to try to make something so i can use the old one.

im redoing the headliner, dash and the doors in leather, suede and paint

 

could you post some pics on how to remove the headliner. Im kinda stuck as to how to get the front part of the headliner off.

 

haha thank you. That's kinda crazy that they designed it to be that way. But hey whatever works. That really sucks you gotta buy a new one (I'm sure there's a way to rig something up so that you wont have to) and I agree with the other dude...your interior looks awesome in the little bits we can see.

Yea I wish I could have gotten those but I would have had to wait almost a month for my tc

 

For the most part the headliner is held up with velco. the part around the sunroof overlaps apart of the roof. so just pull it down. if you want on saturday im doing one of my guys so i will do a how to.
