I was thinking about going with a single din flip out screen, but I wanted to keep the center consule radio cover. Is it even possible to keep the radio cover with a single din flip out? All the photos that I have seen with a single din installed have the radio cover removed. And will the radio cover still be functional?

If I can't keep the radio cover with a single din flip out then I guess I will just have to go the double din route. Thanks for the help in advance.
