Quick Fuse/Lighting Question:
Recently, I went over a pretty big bump in my tC. No exterior damage, but my shift display light--the factory lighted 'PRNDL' on automatics--is dead.
And so is the lighted ring around the ignition.
Could I have possibly blown a fuse, or did I break two bulbs?
Thought I'd ask. I'm going to have it checked anyway when I get my oil changed.

"My bumps...
My bumps My bumps My bumps.....
Check it out!"
Sorry. Got a little carried away. Sounds like a fuse. Does your cargo area light still work? If it does, then its not a blown fuse. You probably already know this but the fuse is by the Air filter box in the engine bay. Pop the Fuse Cover top and use the tweezers to check the fuse. How do I know all of this? I blew the fuse when I tried to swap out the cargo area light with a LED bulb.
