Default Quick Question on D2 headunit install..

i installed the Avic-D2 headunit in my girlfriend's tc but she thinks it sits to far back.. i used the stcck mounting brackets and drilled out all the indents as posted in another thread.. the only way it fit was to use the 2 holes that i drilled toward the front of the unit.. she thinks it sits too far back and that it is slanted up to high.. ill take some pictures in a few but figured id ask and see if this was a common problem or easy solution..

yea that does look a little strange, it shouldn't be slanted. Try removing that trim around the head unit. Your actually not suppose to use that trim because theres a kit for the sides you can buy from scosche to fill the gaps. Heres mine hope the big pic helps you.
