so I live in cali and its hot as hell here right now. Has anyone ever had a problem with their stock radio not having the screen show up and the dials not working at all when you turn the car on? I went to the dealer and they told me that it might be because of the heat. This has happend twice. Please let me know if it has happend to any of you guys.

 

No problems here in Mass and its 96 degrees out there today. The way I see it, heat or no heat, it's the dealers responsibility to fix your problem.

 

nope hasn't happen to me and i live a couple cities away from you.

 

well im at the dealer and they said that they might have to order me a new radio. So lets see if that will work

 

yeah most likely they'll have to order you a new radio.. there have been issues from time to time with pioneer stock headunits.. i went through like 3 of them on my 05 until it was right (cd player problems).. so seems you got a bad one, just have them order you a new one.. and everything will be ok

 

they ordered me another one so it should be in within a week.
