Is there a fuse on the back of the Head Unit?

You said you check the fuse under the hood meaning the amp fuse? also check the fuse box fuses.

Check the fuse in the fuse panel and under the hood. If no there may be a fuse inside the head unit itself. May have to take it apart to find out. Im looking at mine and I almost bet there is one inside. Personally I would junk it at go get an aftermarket H/U, as they are 50X better. Another option put everything back to original and make a warranty call to the dealer.

I am not sure of that fuse but your owners manual will tell you where they are and what they do. Check that.

Default found it. radio is fixed.

in addition to the fuse box under the hood, there is another one located way up under the steering wheel. you dont have to take the dash off or anything to get to it, but it was back there a little bit. i had to do some in-car pilates just to fit there.
