Safe glue for interior panels?
Hey all. I have an 07 tc and my freakin rear panels keep popping off. It started when one day I flipped my trunk protector up over the seats and forgot to bring it back down and closed the hatch. Both panels on either side of the door interior just popped off and ever since then, no matter how many times I pop them back in, they just pop right back out. Grrr annoying. Anywho, I know nothing about fixing stuff inside of cars, so can anyone recommend a certain type of glue to get in there to ease my woes??? Gorilla perhaps? Plain old super glue??? I appreciate it in advance!!!
Also, I know its not interior related, but for someone who drives on dirt roads nearly every day, should I be changing fluids/filters more often? The guys at my local scion said I should be ok every 5k, but my car feels all sluggish when I hit around 3000 miles after maintenance. THANKS!

Pretty much everything in our cars is held in with plastic clips. You probably broke some. look at the back of those panels(check out the interior disassembly diy in tech) and see if you can find the broken clip. If your lucky the clip is a separate piece you are lucky and can buy them at your local toyota dealer for between $1 and $3. otherwise you can try to find the pieces and glue the clips back together. what i don't recommend is gluing the interior panels together. do it right: take it apart and glue it to the body.
on the second note: get a can of compressed air and blow out the air filter every once in a while. other than that you should be good.
