Default Screw up with the cubby light

In the process of wiring a switch through the cubby light wire I managed to screw something up.

I was trying to disconnect the quick disconnect clip that connects the cubby light wires (green and white/black) to a yellow/gray and a gray wire that are bundled with the HVAC wire bundle. While trying to separate the QDs there was a tiny puff of smoke and now there appears to be zero power to those two lines. I tried clipping out the QD and dirrectly connecting the wires, nothing. I tried wiring in my LEDs to the yellow/gray and gray wire directly, nothing. I don't know what to do? Did I blow a fuse?

Got it! Thanks for the help! Off to Oreily's to get the fuse before they close!
