Shift Boot Replacement

So I've been looking around for a plate I can put in my 07 tC in place of my shift boot. Something that has the shifting pattern cut out of it in a channel for the shifting rod. Does anyone know if this will have to be a custom job or does someone some where make these? Thanks.

i feel like those plates would be annoying for trying to shift fast
