I received my Sirius kit through Sparks also so I'm sure you got the right one. I'm suspecting that your adapter that is connected inline is causing some interference. I'd try hooking the Sirius up without the adapter to see if that is causing your issue. Are you using the 2008 premium headunit?

UPDATE: I disconnected the DF-TOY adapter, and what do you know, the sound was the way it should be through the SAT. The sound level was great, almost like CD, sound quality was much better. I will be rewiring my homemade AUX input back in to have an aux input now. I'll just have to sell the DF-TOY, make a couple bucks on it maybe. Thanks so much for your help!
