Default Sparco Globe-X Shift ****

Just recieved my Sparco Globe X shift **** for my tC which is an automatic. After an hour of searching on the internet on how to install it I finally figure out its for manual transmission only.

I guess under where it says notes "MTM" is secret code for Manual Transmission Only.

Is there any adapter or something I can buy to make it fit my auto? I really like how this **** looks and hope theres a way I can make it fit. Anyone have any suggestions plz?

Sparco shift ***** are designed to work on manual transmission cars and trucks only. Sparco shift ***** may work on some automatic transmission ***** without a gear selector button. Also fits manual transmission shifters with reverse lockout collars.

Hmm I wonder if I could get a manual collar or whatever and see if that would work.

Right the tC doesnt have a gear selector button. The stock one screws right off but theres nothing on the bottom of the Sparco **** to screw into like the stock one. Ill get some pics of both of the bottom parts tomorrow.

Hmm the pole of the shifter is really small, not big enough diameter to fit under the sparco **** snug. So what your saying is to put the screws in the sparco **** and make them tight enough to go around the pole right? Ill try this today. For some reason the little wrench for the small screws it came with wont fit inside the **** so I cant screw them in right.

The shaft for the automatic shifter is 8mm.
The shaft for the manual shifter is 12mm.

You need an adapter. Or a whooooooole lot of electrical tape.
