i swapped those out for a 15w3 in a sealed box.....sounds damn good and loud too..

that box was the nasty grey color carpet.....I recovered it with some black felt type material.....not too shabby of a job for my first time.....I'm always doing something different so I try not to do anything too permanent....I think the final install will be 2 8w7's in a ported fiberglass enclosure.....

 

I just got the 500/1 10w7 like tc875 and it sounds really nice. Excellent sound quality. Honestly I wouldn't want any more bass...it sounds soooo clean!

^^ i got more bass and it sounds pretty clean. i also got focal 6.5" components. so that's prob why.

 

i got 3 10" w6's and am in the process of plannin out a nice fiberglass box and sooner rather than later a new alternator... if you guys have any ideas for a cool fiberglass box or anything id love to hear them

 

what do you think is a better set up. 10w7 or 12w6 or 13w6?

 

go with either a 10w7 or a 13 w6, the w6 puts out a higher dB level though, i dunno i like systems with a couple of subs and i thought three was kinda cool... i dunno just my 2 cents

I'd go with an e2150 or a 300/2.... the reasoning for gettin a 2 channel is that all radio,CD,MP3, or anything else other than DVD's(pro logic, DTS, dolby digital) are stereo sound....which means left and right... with 2 channel amps, you wire the right rear and right front either in series or parallel and do the same with the left side.....however, this will disable you from being able to fade front or back....but left and right "stereo" channels will be maintained.... If you want a 4 channel amp to have control of front to rear fade, get a 300/4 or an e4300......

if you're talkin bout the jl audio tr650cxi. you made a good choice. i went with the vr series. they fill the sound up in the rear real (tongue twister) good
