tc sub amp grounding?
pull up on the front part of your back seat with a good amount of force/jerk to get it to pop off....there should be some seat brackets that are bolted to the body under there.... you can successfully ground there. It would be in your best interest to sand it down to the metal for optimum ground....
If your referring to the bolts/latch on the back area of the hatch (the ones that you can hook those cords that come with the car to) i thought about that, but have gotten mixed opinions on it.
I'm talking about underneath the rear seat.....with the back seats in the upright position and the back seat removed, you'll see the bolt and bracket on either side....very easy to get to....
there are two screws holding in the metal latch for the trunk...pull up the little cover near the latch(plastic just pops right up) and attach grounds to the screws and screw them in....there are 2 screws ... aka 2 ground points
The more ground points you have in a system, the more chance you have for ground loop interference.....I prefer to use the same gauge ground as the main power cable and run both to distribution blocks for smaller cable, then to the amps...
