one 12 that can push at least 1,000 watts rms. the box might take up almost all ur trunk space though.

i was actually considering 2 of the eclipse titanium 10 inches and finding away to integrate it into the panals of the car. maybe like where the factory subwoofer would be, but get two boxes and put it on both sides of the trunk and run the wires to an amp under the driver seat. then like a 4 channel amp in the passanger seat running to 6.5 in front and 6x9 in back (it'll be a pain but i'll figure it out), but yea what you guys think or should i get fatty 12 and place it smack midle in the trunk

Depends on your style of music. Two tens should be louder than one 12. But that twelve is going to hit lower. If you are more into alternative, try the tens. Hip hop, try the 12.

Check out the new X2 Subwoofer, its only in a 12 but hits lower notes and sounds amazing. The X2 is made by MaAudio its part of the new pro line. Its about 3,000 watts with 1500 RMS so its a big speaker that can handle a lot of power. You can find them at www.extremedigitalaudio.com

exactly.

i have one 12" and i listen to hip hop mostly. plus, one 12 will most likely require less air space for an enclosure.

I have a 12" Diamond sub, and love it. It's not the loudest sub, but sounds clean. The 12" almost keeps up with a 10" and i listen to a lot of alternative music. i used to run JL and wish that these used to exist back then.

I had 2 eD 13Kv.2's for a while. 900W a piece, no more hatch area, but LOUD...was nice...now trying to get my new one put together, not sure what I want in there yet. Debating something stupid like 20 of our Eu-700's.

I say go with 2 crazy badass 10's.....with about 1500 watts on the pair.....and a big ported box......or one big badass 12 with about 1500 watts going to it in a big ported box......

it doesn't matter.....get whatever you like better...
