Can I install the radio from the 07 even though I don't have the iPod port in my armrest? Will it work okay?

Also, I've never really done anything like this, but they're fairly easy to replace as long as I know how to handle a screwdriver and know how to plug it back in, right? I've seen pics of people doing it and looks fairly simple.

Also, while I'm here, I plan on getting fog lights eventually. Are there wires there that are maybe just capped off, or would I have to get the car wired to install them?

you can install the '07 HU but you won't have an aux or ipod or anything else.... not even the ASL.

the car is already wired for the factory option fogs.... you can utilize them with something else.. but there won't be a relay.

 

Yeah, I knew the aux wouldn't work, and figured probably not the ASL, but I may still buy an adapter or something for my nano. I've heard the fm transmitters suck.

Any suggestions on the best thing to do? I've seen multiple options on here, but not sure which are the best.
