Alrighty, over the summer I plan on completely gutting the interior of the car and completely sound deadening it. While the inside is apart, i'm planning on also installing a system and some interior cathodes and LED's. The wiring for the cathodes/LED's is simple enough. The wiring is small gauge and will fit easily anywhere i want it to go. My problem lies with the power cable im running from the battery back to the amplifiers in the hatch area. I plan on running 1/0 awg wire to supply power. As most of you guys know, that's a rather large wire. Today I decided to lift up the door jam panels to see if i would have room. I highly doubt that ill be able to run 1/0 awg wire there and still be able to clip the door jam piece back down. I sthere another place in the cabin where I can run 1/0 awg wire to the rear or am i going to have to run it under the car?
In that case, I would recomend running two two gague wires. While I can't say for sure that there is or isn't enough room for 1/0 awg, I do know that running you power wire under the car is a bad idea. It can get wet, or hot if run too closely to the exhaust. It can also be effected by outside forces that aren't usualy encountered with cables run internaly. Although I can' t think of any that aren't in your engine bay as it is. I still don't think I would recomend runnning it outside the car unless you FULLY shield it! Do you really NEED 1/0 awg cable, or does it just for looks?

well... 1300 RMS for the sub, and then ~500ish RMS split between the 4 interior speakers. I was gonna run 1/0 awg to the rear and then thru a distro block and split it into two 4 awg wires to go into each amp.
The only benefit from running one power wire to the rear as opposed to two, is interference. -I could be wrong about that though.
Like I said, If space is definatly an issue, i still wouldn't run it outside the car. I'd just run two 4 guage wires all the way from the battery to the rear.

Link in the sig for gutting.

For more in depth pictures of running 2 runs of 0 awg wire through the tC.
Later today...how to run 2 runs of 0 awg for the ground in the tC as well...yeah...that's right...4 0 awg wires in my car

i bought performance parts (injen cai, mmw header, mmw spipe, custom catback, ingall's etd, nst pulleys, and groundfusion grounding kit for the prettiness) instead of a system.
it's comming up on the to-do list though!
and i've gutted the car several times since then, i know exactly where i want to run things now
