Will this amp fit in the right foam compartment in the trunk

Not even close. The foam compartment (uncut) is about 17" x 9.5". Height is just under 4", so that's not a problem. You'd have to fabricate a baffle to mount the amp, and even then the 21+ inch width of the amp will be an issue.
As a point of reference, the spare tire is only about 24" across.
