Default 100k Maintenance reccomendations?

Im just curious what sort of service or maintenance we should perform on our cars once we get around that 100k milage? Im at about 95k right now on my 5spd rs1. I know that spark plugs need to be changed around this time. Any reccomendations on plugs? I was thinking about getting the ngk iridium ix. Also, are there any other things that should be done? Fuel filter or fuel injector cleaner? Transmission flush?

I bought my car used about 8 months ago so i have no idea what type of maintenance was already performed on it. Some days my car feels more sluggish than others though so i dunno if something needs to be changed or cleaned.

Thanks for any info.

Seeing as how you don't have any service records, it is probably best to get everything checked by a reputable mechanic. There is no telling what he might need to do because you have no idea what has already been done.
