Default 2 Problems!

problem 1:
when i went to get my tire rotation at les schwab, they noticed some kind of liquid stain on my passenger front wheel. but they couldn't describe what it was. they told me to go get it checked out at toyota which i'm doing on wed. do you guys have any idea what it might be. the other 3 wheels are dry. and a little side note, my windshield washer fluid bottle always need to be filled everytime i go get an oil change at toyota even though i don't use it. could it be that that is dripping? i also noticed some water spill on the floor of my garage when i park my car and move it out the next morning.

problem 2:
every since toyota replaced my front bumper, i noticed a high pitch noise (sort of like the sound of an intake makes, but it's not) that comes from somewhere on the left side. i'm not sure if that's my front bumper being loose and air is escaping/entering in cuz there is a small gap. i know my brakes are not going out cuz they are new but can anyone help me with this problem. it only happens at highway speeds so around 45mph+ and u can hear it with the throttle pressed and depressed. however u can only hear it with the windows up.

any inputs welcomed. thanks a lot!

Problem 2: have you checked to make sure that the plastic underneath the frontend is complete? I had extra noise coming out of mine when the plastic underneath was broke.

Ok, for me I had a really loud whislte noise when I drove around on the highway without my stock grill on. So basically I was grill-less. Super loud whistle coming from the sunroof area, but once I put my stock grill back on..POOF the whistle was gone.

So make sure your grill is set right, and for the first problem..maybe its leaking..?
