Default 350 or zpi turbo

i wanted the 350 ever since i realized the tc is the slowest thing ever...and was planning on getting it in summer 2008 but i realy dont want to wait that long so my solution is to get the zpi stage 0 but that voids my warrenty and could lead to lots of probs without it but i was gonna deal with it but now my tc is starting to rattle n im starting to hate the clutch more then ever and realy dont know wat to do soo i wana see wat u guys think......

bro, there is nothing like driving a 350z. I have driven several of them, some manual, some auto (my dad has an auto) they are incredible machines. I would say they are definitely worth the wait.

rythnmnsmoke has both and he says that the tc turbo'd is faster...but the 350z is funner for drifting and such....my uncle has a 350 and he doesnt like it very much, he says its too uncomfortable and he is trading it in for an integra Gsr...i wouldnt know just trying add to help, never drove one...good luck

a turbo'd tc is much faster, but its not always about speed. 350's have better styling.

even after boosting the tc, you still have a chubby overpowered FWD car with no traction.

350 is a MUCH better platform to start with. however, the stock 350 is not "fast" either....just so u don't get your hopes up. definitely quicker than the tc and more fun to drive, but again...apples and oranges. i hate when people compare a FWD commuter car like the tc to a rwd sport compact car with a 290hp V6.

out of curiosity OP, why u "starting to hate the tc clutch"? cuz i don't like it either

Drop in a turbo or S/C in the 350Z and you've got a beast. I drove my dads manual Z and its really nice. I love the way it feels. I personally think its really comfortable, well if your not a very big person. But I really think the car feels great. If your capable of getting one comfortably, do it.

VQ35 + exhaust = Audible orgasm.

boost it as well and you have one of the sweetest sounding cars on the road.

Well, It would be nice to have a ZPI turbo and if tuned correcly, it would be faster then the 350z and look nice if your lowered. The 350Z is a nice looking car and fun to drive. I've been in them and drove a few. I drove one with my buddy on a 2.5 hour ride to NYC and boy, my @$$ and body were hurting. It is not a very comfortable car at all though it is nice and sounds nice. It is also a good start for new mods but also costs a lot more then the TC does. Its up to you bro. The TC with ZPI will be faster and more comfortable but the 350 looks nicer if you invest in some nice parts for it.

Wait for the dirty lil Nismo version to come out. Or find one of the companies that gets a ____ load of power from a turbo and do that to a stock one.

I asked myself the same question. go for the 350z. My car is faster than most modded 350's but i love the way the car looks and handles. i wish i picked the 350 insteed. IMO RWD > FWD

You gotta consider where you live though. Having an RWD car in an area like Chicago or NY during winter isnt a good idea if its your only car.

Dude the 350 is my dream car, I'm sticking with the tC though until 2009 when I finish grad school.

350 hands down...if i weren't a student i would love to have one. they drive much better then the tC...it's hard to say though since i like the stiffer ride. you should just test drive one and see if you like it
