395 on one tank, I'm actually shocked
that's a pretty good site to look for cheap gas. anyway, i avg like about 270 on a tank and when i refill it was like for 12.3 gal. so i think i can still get more since i heard people fill up to 13.5 gal. i drive like 40% hwy and 60% city.

But, i filled up this morning and got my MPG for the last tank. I used roughly 12 gallons, and averaged 28.66 mpg. But, i spent about $43 filling it up. Gas prices =
I feel really bad for those of you who are getting less than 350 miles per tank. I've filled my tank 3 times since I've bought the car, and I average 390 miles on each fillup at about 13.7 gallon.
70% highway, and I don't think I've turned the A/C off since I bought it.

You really can get good mileage in this car.

It wont actually make a difference it just costs more.
I have an auto with about 4000 miles on it, no oil change yet. i manage about 270 mpg maybe 300 if im lucky, i drive normally but still... is something wrong? cuz it does seem like gas goes down pretty fast. I have a meagan header but idk how much of a difference that would make. btw i hate how the fuel gage decieves you after halfway

It also has no effect on cleaning your engine any more than other grades. The pure effect of the higher octane to heptane ratio is to prevent pre-ignition. All of the grades from a given manufacturer will contain the same amount of detergents. The difference is the amount of octane (8 carbon chains) in relation to heptane (7 carbon chains).
There is the nerdy answer for the night
I have 72000 miles on the odometer and have consistently getting 360 - 380 miles per tank to the last mark on the gauge and the light on off course. This averages about 27-28 mpg. My car is bone stock with just TRD spring and air filter and 225x45x17 tires after my stockk Potenza. My driving is 97% beltway and highway.
Last week I decided to do a simply test of which I was determined use a lot of cruise control and cruising just around the speed limit. Yes, I was going 55 mph on the beltway on the far right lane. This was to the say the least extremely difficult for me because like many of you guys, we all use to drive on the left side of the road. In any case, my experience really pay off. I GOT 445 MILES TO A TANK, AVG 33 MPG. This is incredible!
I plan on conducting at least three more weeks and see if I can get the same result consistently in one month.
