I don't expect it to be a true full time AWD. If it does have one I think it would be something similar to what the MS6 had, like you said only kicking in when you need the traction.

Exactly, the rear wheels aren't driving the vehicle until the front wheels are essentially on ice, by then it's too late for correction and even when it kicks in it's asymmetrical and yields no results but a back-and-forth ditch digging technique...total failure.

tails style off the Avalon with a little LED accent? looks a bit like a Chevy Cruze. Cruze gets a 6sp trans also. but no exact word on engine choices yet. you guys remember how the G6 resembles a tC? same taillight perimeter, same Toyota 2.4l option( altho turned 180 degrees around) full sunroof. i see some resemblance.

we'll see tomorrow. but my guess is these cars are sharing a platform still. same huge license plate opening. has a bit of Lexus ES250H in it also.

Its defintelty not gonna be AWD. Remember there will be only 1 trim level and they gotta keep this car under 20k.

i like peoples wild imaginations in this thread. I pretty much guarantee it will FWD.

I want to test drive one but I would have to be pretty much blown away to consider trading in to get it and I really dont see that happening.

I don't know how Honda or Toyota get away with calling these systems AWD.

And I'll make the same comment that I made on NASIOC. How funny would it have been if the Toyota's accelerator got stuck .

That is just an insult to the Subaru heritage and a boxer engine in general.

I heard it comes stock with LSD, AWD, twin turbo boxer and 250 shot of nitrous for 18k.

People's predictions are ridiculous.

You mean the one that shows how the Infiniti can't climb up the hill?

One thing I hope they include, are OEM HIDs. Only because I want to laugh at everyone who downgrades by installing aftermarket HIDs, just so they can spew blue light all over the place.

I have to say it looks better then I pictured in my head so far.

As for the surprise I think it's gonna be the 6-speed and/or a LSD but still think it will be FWD no matter what.

I can say I halted all mods and repairs on my current tC until I see this one.

I'm excited I just recently started to follow up and I had no clue this was going down. I'm already sold and talking to the wife about getting the new model tc in 2012. I need to pay off some debt and get into a house before trading in on a car. But I sure do know this. I'm doing this next tc right. Turbo and Coil overs and calling it a day LOL! I spend to much money on my tc to go out and do it all over again. None the less, like someone said before I hope some things do carry over so the transition to another car will not be as complicated and expensive as before. And wondering what Mr. C and Paul from dezod are thinking LOL! I'm not sure if they have chimed in yet. None the less few more hours and we all will know the hard facts!
