Another question. how tall are you, do you fit in your tC
The only complaint I have at all about the seating is that we dont have a telescopic wheel. Normally I wouldnt care, but it seems that on this car I can never get the right balance. But it is really not that big of a deal, it would just be that much more comfortable if I could move the wheel towards me a tad.
I am 6'7" and a quarter. I weigh about 254 lbs.
I just bought my 07' tc about 4 days ago. I bought the car without really sitting in it.
BreakAway, who most of you know (he just did the Thompson Scion show) let me sit in his. It was close but he had too many mods to be sure.... but I bought it anyway.
The sunroof HAS to be open, lol. (slider part anyway) I would not recommand any bigger ot taller. A little cramped but doable. Getting in is harder then actually driving it.
BTW, thx Zach for all your help in choosing the extras.

Loci, have you had a chance to climb in a tC yet? That's pretty much the only way to find out. I had a bit of a head start since my '99 Corolla was about the same length car, and felt slightly shorter on the driver's seat length.
When I took the test drive, it was just like climbing into the Corolla, except the seat was very high for some reason. I knew about the Celica's **** that adjusts the seat height, but the **** in the tC was all the way down, so I erroneously assumed that the seat was all the way down, and drove the entire test drive sitting high, with my head almost bumping the inside cover of the moonroof. After the test drive, the salesman showed me the pump lever for adjusting the BACK of the driver's seat. I shook my head in disbelief, got back in the car, pumped down the seat to the bottom, and realized that I was now in the perfect position.

im 6'1 and i have the seat all the way back but my arms dont really reach so im kind of uneven i also wish the tC came with a telescopic steering wheel cuz my arms are short and my legs are long. Other than that i am very comfortable
I was totally blown away by the room in the tC. I'm 6' 3", and I use a wheel chair. Also I have to teen boys, both over 6'0". I am able to load my wheelchair into the rear pass seat, and then have one pass in the front, and the other behind me, and we all fit well, and have had fine long trips
I'm 6'8" and just shy of 300 pounds. I've got the seat back all the way and reclined properly and I fit just fine. Maybe a midget could sit directly behind me in the rear seat.
Did a 4 hour drive about 2 months ago and was very comfortable the whole way
