the damages to my car came out to 8k and my damages were alot less then that i hit a guard rail but only F'd up my rear quarter panel driver side and driver side fender including front and back bumpers.

If u take it to a shop and the value is more they call up ur insurance and ask for more this is wat happened to me, insurance originally gave me 5k for it but then i took it to a shop and they called the insurance and asked for more
