Better idea - you go away (school?) and learn reading comprehension?
Yeah, that's the ticket.

comprehension |ˌkämpriˈhen ch ən|
noun
1 the action or capability of understanding something : some won't have the least comprehension of what I'm trying to do | the comprehension of spoken language.
i think that post was directed at the original poster's pathetic statement. that doesn't look like the writing of a 24 year old.

If that's the case, then quotes are highly recommended...

well maybe not immediately pronounced to be "at fault" but maybe presumed to be "at fault"; afterall, as a driver you should always keep your eyes on the road. Hit something head on, then you are presumed "at fault" by investigators for not keeping your eyes where they should have been...until they (hopefully)prove otherwise.

good luck and hope to get your car fixed (or replaced if totaled?) soon

I was stooped at the stop sign and "the old goat" stooped in the middle of the road and i was starting from a stop so i was going no faster than 10 15 tops
looking at the amount of damage, there is no way in hell you were only going 10 - 15 mph.

Unless you can prove the person in front of you stopped with the intent of causing an accident, you are on the hook if you hit someone from behind.
At a stop sign, you are not to proceed until the intersection is clear. Obviously in this case, the intersection was not clear.

The good new is: um don't have any.

The bad is they are going to try and fix it damage so far $8859.85 and it that low because some of the parts they have on the estimate are ""Blemished"". Repair time 28 days, lets hope it don't turn out like the movie.

My tire of the driver side was flate when it towed back to the bodyshop...they checked that the tire was good and no holes there...because of the battery liquid leaked on the tire...and made it flate...and also the rim was so dirty because of that...and they said it couldnt be wash...they bought me a new one...lol..

hows yours now??
