Default Any problems w/ ur Tc yet?

Hi Friends. I'm from Maryland and I'm planning on buying Tc within the next month. I was just wondering if you guys that already purchased a Tc are having any technical problems. Please respond. Thanks :D

The recline lever on the driverside seat got stuck open, meaning it wouldn't catch and keep the seat in place. Just had to jiggle it and it locked right up tho. So.. problem solved i guess?

Default yep..

The Center Counsel cover gets stuck when you tap it to open, I have to literally pound the damn thing, and the rear seats make a wierd rachetting sound when you recline them back or brign them back up, anyone elses do that too?

two of my friends backed out of getting the car since it's the first year of its production... my question is did the xA and xB have any major TSBs or major complaints yet?

The question is no and yes.....

No because this car is not a first year production (XB & XA)...They have been out in Japan for over 7 years (People correct me if I am wrong) so therefore no...

as far as TSB's there have been a few minor TSB's such as a problem with the CD skipping, rattling noises, hot A/C but otherwise this car runs great....

My 2 cents!

Things I've noticed so far:

The steering wheel locks up very easy when you turn the car off so you have too tilt the wheel ever so slightly to gert the key in the ignition to turn.

The seat over in the rear seat recine on the passanger side already started comming loose so I had to stuff it back inside. I'll try to get a picture to show you what it looks like.

But other than that it is doing great.

The tC has never been sold anywhere else and is exclusive to the U.S., but the xA (ist) and xB (bB) are sold in Japan, Singapore, etc...

Yeah, I've had a problem!!!!

Only about 1000 people looking at it and asking questions when I am at the store, movies, anywhere. I mean it's cool and all, but I'm a busy guy.

The price you pay for fame.

Simple solution for the seats.... Take them out, replace with Sparco's

When the dealership was cleaning my car for delivery they sprayed water on it....Immediately the driver side headlight fogged up on the inside indicating a leak somewhere in the headlight assembly seal. They will obviously fix it though...
