Just sell the OEM fogs, get an 05 or 08 lower grille and pick up some VRDs, they're only like 120 on eBay. I've had em for a few months and haven't had any issues (other than a bulb burning up but it was a cheap ____ty bulb I bought for them ).

... or you could drill the cr@p outta the little holes in the stock ones to let the air into your fender... some of the guys with their G.F.I.'s do it to keep the stock look but also shove air in there while the car is in motion...

 

why drill them when they just pop out

 

because when you drill them you don't see the holes so it looks stock. if you pop it out it looks like either;

1) You hit something.
2) You're a victim of poor factory installations
3) You got jacked.

 

you have to drill a pretty small hole for it to look stock. for a mod that wont even make a difference

 

not true. you just have to drill holes just big enough to fit inside the mesh squares. it made a bit of a difference for my intake...but yet again, it also made the filter 10x dirtier

 

hahah calm down dudes, im not looking for any type of air flow increase into my intake, just something that looks better then the sh!tty plastic peices that are in there now
