I just got my tC the other day, but haven't driven at night until tonight. Well, I opened my front door and the dome light didn't come on. I checked to see where it was set and it's in the middle, which is where it should be to work with the doors. I clicked it over to on and it came on, so it's not the bulb. Any idea what's up with it?

 

Is it supposed to be in the middle? isnt the middle off? What about all the way to the right. I dont remember what it says on mine..but it's labeled. I mean there are 2 dome lights inside the tC one in the front where you are and one for the back passengers. Do none of them cone on?

 

i guess i was just going based on every other car i've owned that the middle is for the doors. looking to the back i pushed it to the left and it came on. i guess i should have tried it to the right as well. the front lights are map lights and those work fine when the button is pressed. i'll check it out better tomorrow. i guess i have to stop making assumptions about the car that it's going to be like what i've owned.

 

if its in the middle, then its off.
it goes like this from the drivers side to the passenger:
DOOR >> OFF >> ON
