Default cold/rough start problem in morning

i've had my car since may and a couple of weeks ago my car started to chug and almost not start in the morning. actually not just mornings. if i don't drive my car for than say 8 hours or so it does the same thing. the engines kind of chugs and sputters a few seconds before starting. can anyone tell me why or help me with this? thanks.

Mine doesnt do that. It starts up pretty high and works down from there. But i have the thing where when you come to a stop (5speed) the idling drops for a second or two the car shakes and it goes back to normal..it's wierd but i have heard some other people say it's normal.
