auto open sunroof problem

auto open sunroof problem
I had to disconnect my battery the other day and when I reconnected my auto open option for the sun roof is not working. The sunroof will even take a few seconds before it responds to me pressing the button for opening it. Anyone know if there is a ECU reset or something that'll fix this.
