again like i said, why not check the lubrication of the shims and mounting clips?
If the pad depth is about 4-6mm then it's obvious that what happened before is happening now with the original poster. Everyone blames the depth of the pads without giving any thought to anti-noise compound to the shims and the mounting clips.

OP: Change the pads and resurface the rotors sooner than later so you won't be forced to replace the rotors when the gouges from the worn out pads become too deep. Also, re-evaluate your driving style and braking for the next set to get more life out of them, aka try supplementing engine braking (downshifting when coming to a stop) along with applying pressure to the brake pedal.
