I had a bodykit on my car pretty much since 5 months after I bought my car. In the mean time my front bumper got some damaged while stored in the garage for 3 years. I want to sell the car and either replace the bumper or try and fix it. Will this hurt the value of the car or show up that it was in an accident?

BTW, car never was in an accident. It was mostly a show car and 75-80% of the 30K miles was driving to shows.

 

no it will not give you a rebuilt title or accident lol just go to any body shop and see how much it will be to fix if its a minor thing if not just get a new OE (aftermarket bumper) and just get it painted then just sell the car

 

I do agree with pwee08.just check with the body shop about how much do they charge.

 

I changed my floor mats and now I have a salvage title.

Got it painted at a body shop by my job. They are kind of a no name never know they were there type of place. First time I ever took anything to a no name to get painted (always go for best places around) and they matched the color perfect and did a great job. Best of all he only charged... $120 that's right I almost crapped my pants. Well worth it.

Cars pretty much back to stock and just needs a nice wash (lot of rain lately here). Then taking over to local dealer that is claiming they will give $1500 more the KBB fair trade which is great for me cuz I need it gone asap and a enough to pay off the tc and my xB.
