Default clutch messed it?

yeah i was driving it today and it was like, normal feeling, when shifting gears it is still kind of stiff and a stuff. then after i let my cousin borrow it for 1 hour to go to a wedding, yes 1hour!! he only goes to eat lol, now it feels completly different. when i shift into another gear, it slides really easy like there is no effort at all needed to shift. its like shifting in air now. did he mess up my clutch or it is normal? i had 1100 miles on it if you guys wanted to know.

Check your brake fluid, just to rule out that posibility. Is it where it should be?

After driving my tC for about a week, I had a similar problem. After I would shift into gear, the shifter felt really loose and wobbled around a lot. The guy at the dealership said I had cracked some little piece in the shifter, and they swapped it out in about an hour. It never affected my driving, but I was definitely a pain in the ___. I'd have your dealer take care of it, as it's covered by warranty anyway.

Sounds like he loosened it up for you. My tC has always had a light clutch and light shifter. Does it feel better or worse than before? If you consider it better, don't worry about it. If worse, talk to your dealer.
