Anyone here have this same problem? First it was the driver side, now the passenger side.

Sounds like there is a small hole in the seal causing the issue. Take it back to the dealer and they should hook you right up with new ones.

yeah, i've seen it on mine, nothing to worry about, just put your lights on for a minute or so and it should go away as the light warms up the housing

you do need to go and get it replaced. It's from the heat that is put out by the lamp vs. the temp out side. The membrain that holds the pieces together is subjected to the same change in tempeatures with allows moisture to enter in to the lamp causing condensation on the inside of the lamp. Toyota has been plagued with this problem on almost every vehicle they have made.

I noticed it on mine about an hour after I drove it off the lot when I stopped to get something to eat. But I have yet to notice it again.

this is normal to a certain point. if u see a "fog" like type of condensation then thats normal. When the water inside starts to bead up then it's not normal.

yeah the dealer tried the same stories as on here.. to wait and that it's normal.. too bad that "fog" didn't go away after 2-3 months! yeah not normal at all.. and no, there weren't any cracks anywhere in the assembly.. Technician and I both tried to find any break, nothing.. so yeah go back to the dealer and have them put in a new headlight assembly, seems it's more than just my car having this..

the headlight was the driver's side that was replaced.. same on on everyone elses?

Yeah. It was the driver's side. BUt i have had my car for 4 months and it hasn't repeated the same problem. But if it does i will take it back to them ASAP.
