Crashed :(
yea it doesn;t matter wat car u have, don;t do crazy stuff if you can't drive. 2 of my close friends past away a year ago in a car accident.
They were driving a Ferrari and took a hard turn and crashed into a tree. It doesn;t matter what you drive its how u drive.
If an XA is pushing 140-150 hp, with a good driver it can def. hang or even beat a tC. They weight wat 2300-2400 Punds thas 500 less than the tC. Certainly possible. But if your gonna spend 3-4 K to get 40 HP, Jus buy a tC

@ 140-150hp, not even a contest, tC left at the gate. And when did wheels and a pulley, intake, header, and exhaust add up to $3-4k. Lightweight wheels and pulley = 10lb for every 1 off of the wheels(if you get wheels that are 1# lighter you just lost 40#), and according to Perrin their lightweight pulley is = taking 100lb off the car, add that to the 15-20hp from the i/h/e you got yourself a beat tC.

yea , it belonged to my friends Uncle. He was house sitting, took it for a spin with another friend of mine, hit a tree and it caught on fire and they couldn;t get out. Always think of your family and friends before you do crazy stuff, cuz it takes a toll on them. I've seen it first hand.
But yea enough of this sad stuff, Hopefully it get claimed as a "total", cu the car wont ever be the same

Im pretty sure the subframe was messed up, I looked at it today at the towing place, so im just praying that its totaled. :/ And yeah im shocked im not like dead / in the hospital, it would have been so much worse. Pretty much I had the best out of a horrible situation.

I am also 19 soon to be 20 and to this date have never been involved in a single auto accident. My theory is that people jump into driving certain levels of cars too quickly, and get in over their head. If you start out with a slow car, and gradually work your way up to faster cars, you'll have the experience and knowledge to safely operate that vehilce. I'm not saying this explains why all teenages wrecks happen, lol, cuz lets just face it, many teens drive like crap, zig zagging thru traffic, speeding, and over all wrecklessness. Driver's ED is too easy, and not enough in depth, with very little actual driving, and no Emergency driving manuvers or testing of the limits! ( as someone else pointed out ealier).
dam dude mad suck.s
glad your ok.
taking turns on canyon roads not the greatest idea, but you should know the limits of your car when you do so. Suspension helps but youll max out eventually.
Looks totaled.

Hmm quick google of subframe....
Definition: The lower frame rails and structural members that comprise the lower elements of a unibody. Steering and suspension components may be attached directly to the subframe, or to a "cradle" or "crossmember" that bolts to the subframe.
