here's my experience with rohrich collision center
so my car got wrecked into the week before thanksgiving
quarter panel, trim , new rim, paint, 3400$ in damage (the other guys insurance paid)
it took 3 weeks to even get it in the shop
and then it took 16 days to get it back
there is 3 spots where the paint is flawed
the window tint has a scratch in it
there is greasy handprints all over the interior in the back seat
and a very sloppy job at cleaning the car up
the body work turned out good thats about it
all in all i would not take a used bicycle to that place let alone a car that is only 7 months old
the car was in mint condition
i know it was cause i do all my own detail work and im very good at it
now it looks like ____

be sure i am going up there on friday and im going to tell the body shop manager about it

the car is ruined cause some _______ hit me and the body shop did a ____ty job fixing it

i figured take it to the dealer cause they would fix it right
well i learned my lesson

 

so i went and talked to the body shop manager and showed him the mess.

he was ____ed that his employees made such a mess and the are going to fix it and geve me the $ to get the window re-tinted.

it sucks cause now i got to put my car back in the shop but at least its getting fixed.



im gonna make them give me a couple free oil changes or somthing to pay for my aggravation

 

I hate Rohrich with a passion. I hate the body shop even more. If I knew you were taking it to them I would have told you NO! None of the work they do is under warranty.

I could have given you a good shop that I trust.

I have had my fair share of stuff with them. But ya live an learn.

 

are you serious about the warranty work? Cause thats bull. I had my friends subaru hit me on the same side as your car. Less invasive but still a little over 600 dollars in damage. They fixed it within two days and garauntee their work for life. I also brought it to the place I bought my car from.

I would think that all Toyota dealerships would warranty their work. Thats kinda ____es me off.

 

Not this one. I had to have my hood replaced. Once I signed the paper saying it was good that was it.

Thats why I go to a new shop. They back the work up for as long as I own the car.

 

Wow that would ____ me off so bad. I hope you guys never go to that shop. Write a negative review in the dealership section. And I would also contact toyota about your experience, and how they will not guarantee work.
