Default Current Progress on my TC. Need opinions!

Hey guys. It's been a while since I last was on here. I've recently dropped my TC on TRD Lowering Springs, put a custom Magnaflow Muffler in, and got my windows tinted. I will try and post pictures when I get home.

Anyways, I have a huge list of stuff I want to do to my car. The two top ones are getting a new or used ground effects kit, and getting a short shifter. However my main goal at the moment, is to make subtle modifications to the exterior that will make the TC look more sporty and less sedan-ish.

Where could I find a nice lip kit for cheap without sacrificing quality?

The main thing to do for exterior look first is a front lip (that will change the look DRAMATICLY!!), then would be rims of course, then adding fog lamps/stubby antenna and in channel wind deflectors is a cheap and easy way to start.

Litte more expensive approach is your carbon fiber options like hood, liftgate, ect.

As for brands, the cheaper they are USUALLY the cheaper they are in quality. Look in the forums for oponions/prices and decide what bests suits YOU.

There are a bunch of sponsors/companies on here so make sure you check them out as well!!

And for some front lip options: RS2 Front Lip ($165.00ish), Spec-D ($100.00ish), ABS Dynamics ($100.00)

I know you are shooting for exterior... but when your ready for that short shifter go check out doctor isotope. he makes the shifter how you want it (within reason of course. lol) I had one and absolutely loved it.

He does a bunch of custom stuff for scion off his website. Its worth checking out.

As for your lip kits you'll find racing solution tends to be the popular vote. The previously stated rs2 lip is theirs. that's another website worth checking out. it costs more but you know your getting quality.

short shifter - take a look at TWM performance they make quality shift kits i have the stage 2 35% reduction, it has great feel i love it...they are at the higher end on price if you get the kit and a weighted shift **** but its totally worth it...fyi if you do get one the stock boot works great theres no need to spend the extra money on a boot unless you have some sort of color scheme going.
