Keep it sleeper - Take off all your stickers. Put your stock muffler on. Don't run HID's. Keep your front window tint legal. No liscence plate covers,

That should be stealthy enough to let you sneak on by most CHP these days.

An alternative strategy is to have one guy be the designated decoy - That person should be as stock as possible but should just have their car COVERED in stickers. Such a big attention getting target is sure to attract cops. Just have that person show up at meets, and when the cops start rolling around, have that one person leave - legally and slowly of course.

If you have a car that attracts attention, chances are good, you can't control whose attention it attracts.
