Emergency Brake Light: Comes on when rapidly accelerating.
dont always assume its the brake pads as sometime you may have a slow leak in a hydraulic line. or some other issue causing low fluid.
it would be stupid to buy new pads assuming anything without checking them for signs of real wear first.
NOTE: heard of people posting about this "technique" before and wanted to stop it before people get themselves killed.
(btw just pressing the piston in slowly to install new pads will eventually damage the selenoid that connects to your abs system. thats why its important to spend 5 bucks on new fluid and just bleed them to release pressure when compressing the caliper pistons. than when your done refill the resevoir....much safer and not as lazy)
