Default Engine leak? Help please.

Went to the local outdoor carwash/vacuum machine.

I noticed some liquid on the ground coming from under my car, doesnt look like oil thoughm I popped the hood and it looks like it is coming from the area where the transmission fluid is anad the wiper fluid. I have no CEL or anything, I cant really get under the car, anyone have an idea of what it could be if its not the tranny fluid, wiper fluid, or oil?

Is it safe to drive? I dont want to go to Jersey tomorrow only to be stranded.

I did get into a fender bender, car in front of my suddenly braked in stop and go traffic and I bumped into him. No real damage to my car or his car, my grill got pushed in, but I popped it right back out, and my license plate holder is bent but thats about it.

Could it be the radiotar? I doubt it though cause the leak does not look like it came from the radiator area.

Eh it was on the ground so it was dirty, I honestly could not see what color it was leaking, but im pretty sure its not oil. If it was black and obviously then yeah Id know I have an oil leak. If anything it was clear im guessing.

should have touched it, I am not exactly sure what the tranny fluid color is but it usually is redish and smells pretty bad.

were you just using your a/c? then it is probably just condensation.

transmission and washer fluid tank are on opposite sides of the engine bay anyway....

yeah, you probably didn't notice, but all cars leak water that condenses on the a/c. but you probably haven't noticed since you don't look under the car very often.

but if you want to make 100% sure, check to make sure all your fluids are topped off, and tomorrow morning, see if there are any puddles under your car.

go park the car on a clean street for like 15 min then move it, try to imitate the same conditions as when u were at the car wash(A/c on, etc.). a dark brown/blackish color fluid is engine oil, a reddish/blackish is tranny oil, greenish is antifreeze/coolant, if its clear it can be brake fluid or water, brake fluid would have a acidic taste to it(a VERY small amount if your willing to taste it, it is toxic in larger amounts), or it can be water from the condensation from running your AC. you can always pop your hood and look for any visual leaks or moist spots.

toyota's long life coolant is pink, but if you've had a b&g radiator flush, then your coolant is now green.

check your headlight fluid. probably it was that.. if there is no more liquid in the headlight you need to refill it.

My headlights are sealed. I only need to fill the blinker fluid now and then.
