License Plate: Most dealers just drill and install on the lot if it's necessary. BUT... if you can catch them beforehand... there is a mounting bracket for it: eBay Link

Rattling: There is a thread on doing a complete eDead install of the car... but I don't think there's anything specific for subwoofer rattling.

Turbo Kit Prices: I'd recommend going through this thread first... https://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=104171 - I don't know if there are any real "custom" kits out there.

Req'd in CA, and dealer had already drilled my bumper, as I bought mine off the lot. Will soon use body-colored plugs to fill the holes, then make a bracket to mount the plate under the bumper, without any frame, as that's my preference.
2.Rattling from subwoofers(coming from sunroof covers, license plate(rear)or something else) FAQ?
There are many places that will rattle when you crank it up, fix one and you'll find another, takes a while to get them all sorted out and sometimes you have to be creative. You'll need to add damping material (such as Dynamat) to panels so that their resonant frequency is lower and/or enough mass is added so they won't vibrate. Some places such as the license plate frame are a result of proximity to other panels, so the solution is adding damping material between them. For the sunroof covers, I'm not sure what to tell you other than to leave them retracted, as they're very thin and you can't add mass to them, if you want to maintain their ability to retract.
3.Cheapest price on a turbo kit(custom if found)
Caveat emptor when looking for the lowest price in this arena.

If you want the cheapest turbo setup, go to www.homemadeturbo.com However, since you spent $16,000+ dollars on a brand new car, I would recommend going with the most reliable turbo setup. In that case, there are a lot of good companies out there with different setups. It all depends on what you want. Personally, I am looking to go with ZPI's Stage 0 kit once I get some cash. I have heard nothing but good about them as well as their product. When it comes to a turbo, go with better quality, not lower cost.
