Financing through Toyota - How soon to start paying?
Hey,
I bought a tC on August 12.
One of the finance forms mentions the date of 9/11/2005, but it is very vague if it means my first payment is due then, or it is mailed then for me to have back in a certain amount of time after 9/11.
For those who financed through Toyota, can you shed some light for me??

Maybe that is when I'm billed?
And I'll have two weeks to get it back?

You can set up recurring payments or one time payments. I go with one time so if I wanted to pay early due to a long vacation, I can do so as long as it is posted 4-days before the due date. I prefer to post it 10-days before the due date or earlier, just to be safe. You can always change this option.
Also contains additional information like how much money you owe, financing info on your ride, next due date, etc. NOTE: The posted due date will be latest one sent to you via mail.

Well i got financing with toyota but the earlier you send your payments the less they interest they will charge you. I can remember but i think they charge you by day. They had a forum discusion about it. Let me see if I can find the forum
While I didn't finance through Toyota, I used USAA to finance and was given up to 90 days before my first bill was/is due, a standard benefit to USAA members...I signed the papers on August 3, and my monthly payments start October 2.
