That sounds right. I was averaging 24-26 mpg when i first got my car. Now I am doing 28-32 mpg. It could be a combo of engine break in and temperature. I am very happy with my mileage right now.

 

freeway running 75 mph all the way I get about 30 mpg.

City driving in minneapolis I get around 22 or so.

 

Going 80-85 and i get about 28. City miles are really easy to change just with shifting points and how hard you accelerate from the lights. I dont think people understand til you try it for a tank.

 

Wow.. iw as just about to post something regarding this.

- I drive 60% street 40% freeway.
- I never revved higher than 4 RPM.
- Never went over 80mph (mostly stayed at 65-70mph)

Got 323 miles and filled tank to 12.5 gallons thats about 25.84 MPG hope it gets better.

 

if anything you mod your car just goin to get worse.....
