You should try a different dealer. Scion site indicates there are 12 dealerships to choose from within 20 miles of your city. Never go back to that stealership.
I knew about the sunroof and airbage recalls, but intentionally didn't ask my dealer about them when I had 2 Imm keys made. They passed the test and made the adjustments at no cost. I will continue to go back.
