^^^^there is a TSB for the sunroof. However, I have had that done on my sunroof, and it seems as if the rattles were just muffled down. But then after some driving, they come back. I'm going to be trying my own solutions today, and see what the out come is going to be. If it works, I will be making a thread for you guys.

 

my 06 sw tc is now starting to creak in the roof. @ 2300 miles. I have a feeling its going to get ALOT worse.

 

That's exactly what I get. I'm disappointed, but I think there is some hope in finding the problem. Also I knew the risks of getting a first year model... As for the 2006 tCs, I think they should have worked that stuff out... lame.

 

i thought they would have made the 2006s better. If my car rattles anymore, i think i'm gonna regret not geting a 2005 type s

 

Ohh trust me it will get worse . That is about the millage I had when mine went nuts and everything just started to rattle creek and whatever noises you can think of

 

What little rattle I had went away when I installed my Rear Sway and Front Tower Brace.

I'm at 15k. If your rattle is that bad, call Scion customer service. Otherwise, everyone just stop complaining if you refuse to have the car fixed.

 

scion customer service says take it to the dealer to do the tsb's
my car has been to the dealers 7 times.... they cant fix it
even the regional toyota rep that came to see my car said the rattles were unacceptable for a new car

 

I would LOVE to have my car fixed. If you can tell me where there's a dealership that's actually done it, then please help me out here.

 

my tc had a hatch rattle, i bought a subwoofer and box and the box is keeping the hatch from rattling lol, now i have a squeak in my dashboard area it sounds like a clip rubbing something ...so i got angry and punched it really hard, no more dashboard rattle, now the only problem i have, is how the hell am i gonna get my leds under my dash to stay up lol the ahesive ____ wore off
